A Dirty Healthier Dessert

I made this for our guest last weekend. I was so pleased with it that I couldn’t wait to share it with you. It has no added sugar beside what is in the dark chocolate and in the bananas. Another plus was that it was really easy to make.

Chocolate fudge with banana nicecream

Chocolate fudge:

  • 100 g Dark chocolate min. 70%
  • 2 Tbsp. Cashew butter

Melt the chocolate and cashew butter on low heat stir well. Poor the whole thing in a container that can go in the freezer.

Banana Nice cream:

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1-2 dl cashew milk
  • 2 tsp. unsweetened vanilla powder

Mix the whole thing together in a blender, until you get the right consistency.

I recommend that you take the fudge out of the freezer 1 hour before you need it. And 30 for the frozen bananas, that make them easier to blend.

For topping, we used pomegranate. I could also recommend mango, kiwi or something a bit fresh.
