This pesto tastes like it was filled with delicious parmesan cheese. It’s not though, there are no milk products added.
Dairy free spinach pesto recipe:
- 300 g spinach
- 100 g pine nuts
- 2 dl oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. natural yeast
- The juice from one lemon
Start rinsing the spinach thoroughly. Then mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Season with salt and pepper.
