I help you to recognize where your habits come from. Whether they are mentally or culturally rooted, I can help you recognize the cultural norms that are in your family, when you are with friends, and the ones you have taken on during your life. I believe that the best way to change your unhealthy habits is to recognize them, and work with them from there. My mission is to teach you to feel the difference. Most important, however, is the fact that once you embrace these changes, the risk of resuming the bad habits are minimized, and therefore you will not find it difficult to keep the desired weight.
