This is a basic recipe for a white dressing. I use it as an alternative to a crème fraiche based dressing. You can spice it up after your likings.
- 200 g cashews
- 2-3 dl water
- 2 Tbsp. Natural yeast
- 1 Tsp. salt
You simply add all the ingrediens to a blender, and until you have the wished consistency. You can add different flavors for example garlic, lemon, paprika etc. I use the dressing on salads, as spread on bread or as a dip for vegetables.
